Why I work online
A mortgage is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, but the process shouldn’t eat up your vacation days. I’ve found that clients get better results when meetings fit around their lives: a video call after supper, a quick text with a photo of a pay stub, a signature from a phone on the way to hockey practice.
Working online also means I can help anyone in the region the same way, whether you’re downtown, in Sherwood Park, in Spruce Grove or on an acreage near Legal. You get the same attention and the same lender options.
My approach is simple: listen first, explain everything in plain language, show the options side by side, and never rush. If the right answer is to wait, stay with your current lender, or fix your credit first, I’ll tell you.
