Who this covers
This website is operated by John Antle, Mortgage Associate - Team Lead with Pineapple National Inc. Mortgage brokerage services are provided by Pineapple National Inc., licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
What I collect
- Information you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address and messages when you call, text, email or book a call.
- Mortgage application information and documents you provide through Pineapple’s secure application or a secure upload link, such as identification, income, assets, debts and property details.
- Credit information, only with your consent.
How it is used
Your information is used to answer your questions, assess your options and arrange your mortgage financing. With your consent it is shared with lenders, mortgage default insurers, appraisers and your lawyer as needed to complete your mortgage. It is not sold.
Video meetings
Video calls use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, which have their own privacy policies. Calls are not recorded unless we both agree in advance.
Security
Please don’t send sensitive documents by text message or ordinary email. I’ll provide a secure upload link. Information is kept as required by law and regulation and protected with reasonable safeguards.
Booking and application links
The “Book a 30-minute phone call” and “Book a 1-hour video meeting” buttons open Google Calendar’s booking pages, and “Apply for pre-approval” opens Pineapple’s secure application. Those services handle your information under their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visits come from (city or region), the device and browser type, and how people arrive at the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this information on my behalf; it is used only in aggregate to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can ask to see or correct the personal information I hold about you, or withdraw consent (subject to legal and contractual limits), by contacting johnantle@gopineapple.com or calling 403-879-2065.
